PEN-TYPE DRUG INJECTION DEVICE AND OPTICAL DOSE VALUE DECODING SYSTEM WITH ADDITIONAL SENSOR TO DISTINGUISH BETWEEN DOSE DIALLING AND DOSE DELIVERY MODE
