PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition containing CLA isomers with biologically advantageous ratio, and to provide a method for using a composition comprising CLA isomers with biologically advantageous ratio, or biologically active isomers having the content concentrated so as to optimize desired biological effects.SOLUTION: The composition and the method of using a conjugated linoleic acid preparation enriched for the t10, c12 and c9, t11 isomers are disclosed. It is found that preparations of conjugated linoleic acid containing a ratio of t10, c12 to c9, t11 of about greater than 1.2:1 are desirable for a wide variety of nutritional, therapeutic and pharmacologic uses.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明の目的は、生物学的に有利な比のCLA異性体を含有する組成物を提供することである。生物学的に有利な比のCLA異性体を含有し、また、所望の生物学的効果を最適化するように濃縮した含量の生物活性異性体を含有する組成物の使用方法を提供することも本発明の目的である。【解決手段】t10,c12およびc9,t11異性体が濃縮された共役リノール酸調製物を使用する組成物および方法が開示される。t10,c12対c9,t11の比が約1.2:1より大きい共役リノール酸の調製物はさまざまな栄養、治療および医薬用途に望ましいことがわかった。【選択図】なし
