PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely measure the pulse waves of a user no matter which part of a terminal is held without deteriorating operational usability and further suppressing power consumption to be low.
SOLUTION: In an operating sensor database 14, information indicating a correspondence relation between respective keys of an operation button 11 and sensor groups to be operated when the respective keys are operated is stored. Then, when the respective keys are operated, by an operating sensor determination part 13, the sensor group corresponding to the operated key is selected on the basis of the information in the operating sensor database 14, a plurality of volume pulse wave sensors belonging to the selected sensor group are operated, and volume pulse wave measurement data are obtained. Then, the volume pulse wave measurement data are averaged and integrated in a waveform integration part 16, and the integrated volume pulse wave measurement data are output.
