PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biometric information measuring garment having an electrode and wiring, which suppresses mixing of noise by reading a bioelectric signal even in a dry environment when worn, and which causes less discomfort. SOLUTION: By using electrodes and wirings that have stretchability and exhibit high conductivity even when stretched, a feeling of discomfort during wearing is reduced, and materials having a close triboelectric charging sequence are selected as a plurality of insulating materials that make up clothing. By doing so, the static electricity generated during wearing is suppressed and the reading noise of the bioelectric signal is reduced.
