An automated electro-medical system is described, for treating, curing, analysing and monitoring a plurality of medical conditions related to spine and muscle-skeletal system； this electro-medical system comprises: a first device (1) of an automated and interactive posture bed type； a second device (2) of an automated and interactive posture bench； a third device (3) for an automated and interactive alignment of a spine； a fourth device (4) to automatically and interactively hydrating intervertebral disks； and a fifth device (5) for an automated and interactive alignment of lower limbs. A method for operating such system is also described.
