According to the system of the present invention, several bone age illustrated guides do not need to be referred for assessing and inputting bone age, and possibility of typo when the bone age is inputted can be minimized since a bone age input step is not included in medical record. In addition, not only an illustrated guide which reflects domestic bone age, but also the Greulich-Pyle illustrated guide which reflects Westerner reference are referred together, so it is possible to determine accurate bone age based on each bone age of the domestic illustrated guide and a Western illustrated guide.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 촬영된 환자의 골 영상으로부터 골 연령을 평가하고 입력하는 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 시스템에 의하면 골 연령 평가 및 입력을 위해 여러 권의 골 연령 도감을 참조하여야 하는 수고를 덜 수 있고, 의무 기록에 골 연령 입력 단계가 감소하여 골 연력 입력시 오타의 가능성을 최소화할 수 있다. 또한, 국내 골 연령이 반영된 도감 뿐만 아니라, Greulich-Pyle 도감에 의한 서구인 기준도 함께 참조할 수 있으므로, 국내 도감 및 서구인의 도감의 각 골 연령별에 기초한 정확한 골 연령 판단이 가능하다.
