The present invention relates to a method for producing sofololipide using perilla oil, comprising the step of fed-batch culture of Candida bombicola strain in a medium containing perilla oil and glucose, and then extracting sofololipide from the culture solution. It relates to a method for producing sofololipide. According to the present invention, not only perilla oil but also rancid perilla oil can be used to efficiently produce sofololipide, and sofololipid thus prepared can be usefully used as a cosmetic ingredient.본 발명은 들기름을 이용한 소포로리피드의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 들기름과 포도당을 포함하는 배지에서 캔디다 봄비콜라(Candida bombicola) 균주를 유가식 배양한 후 배양액으로부터 소포로리피드를 추출하는 단계를 포함하는 소포로리피드의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면 들기름뿐만 아니라 산패된 들기름을 이용해서도 소포로리피드를 효율적으로 생산할 수 있으며, 이렇게 제조된 소포로리피드는 화장품 원료 등으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
