The present invention provides an enhancer for enhancing the activity of oxidized protein hydrolase. The oxidized protein hydrolase activity enhancer according to the present invention contains an extract of at least one plant selected from the group consisting of Compositae Anthemis, Saururaceae Houttuynia, Rosaceae Crataegus, and Vitaceae Vitis. The oxidized protein hydrolase activity enhancer preferably contains an extract of a plant of Compositae Anthemis, an extract of a plant of Saururaceae Houttuynia, an extract of a plant of Rosaceae Crataegus, and an extract of a plant of Vitaceae Vitis. It is preferable that the plant of Compositae Anthemis is Anthemis nobilis L., the plant of Saururaceae Houttuynia is Houttuynia cordata Thunberg, the plant of Rosaceae Crataegus is Crataegus oxyacantha L., and the plant of Vitaceae Vitis is Vitis vinifera L.산화단백질 분해 효소 활성 증강화제를 제공한다. 본 발명의 산화단백질 분해 효소 활성 증강화제는, 국화과 안테미스속, 삼백초과 삼백초속, 장미과 산사나무속 및 포도과 포도속으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 식물 추출물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 산화단백질 분해 효소 활성 증강화제는, 국화과 안테미스속의 식물 추출물, 삼백초과 삼백초속의 식물 추출물, 장미과 산사나무속의 식물 추출물 및 포도과 포도속의 식물 추출물을 포함하는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 국화과 안테미스속의 식물은 로만 캐모마일이고, 상기 삼백초과 삼백초속의 식물은 삼백초이며, 상기 장미과 산사나무속의 식물은 서양 산사나무이고, 상기 포도과 포도속의 식물은 포도인 것이 바람직하다.
