The present invention relates to a fusion protein of an immunoglobulin-similar domain bound with a blood endothelial growth factor and a placenta growth factor as a means for treating cancer or eye diseases. A fusion protein (KP-VR2) according to the present invention comprises: (a) an immunoglobulin-similar domain 2 of VEGFR1； (b) an immunoglobulin-similar domain 2 of VEGFR1； and (c) an Fc region of human IgG. The fusion protein (KP-VR2) has high binding affinity with respect to VEGF and PlGF. Moreover, the recombinant fusion protein of the present invention has excellent blood endothelial cell moving and invasion controlling effects, and excellent proliferation controlling effects with respect to various cancer kinds and fibroblasts.
