To provide a transdermal patch capable of developing an excellent medical effect by continuously and effectively subjecting bisoprolol to percutaneous absorption.
SOLUTION: ON one side of a supporter of the transdermal patch and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is disposed. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer includes bisoprolol or its pharmacologically allowable salt and an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive which is prepared by copolymerizing an alkyl (meth) acrylate and a monomer copolymerizable with the alkyl (meth) acrylate and having no carboxyl group nor sulfo group.
