A wound dressing comprising: a first material layer, the layer with the activated charcoal and a second material layer, wherein at least one layer of a first material and the second material layer is nepronitsaemym.2. A wound dressing according to claim 1, wherein the layer with the activated carbon comprises activated carbon tkan.3. A wound dressing according to claim 1, wherein the layer comprises activated carbon woven cloth, nonwoven fabric, knitted fabric, felt with an activated carbon or a combination of these materialov.4. A wound dressing according to claim 1, wherein the layer with the activated carbon comprises activated carbon particles, activated carbon powder, activated carbon fiber or a combination of these materialov.5. A wound dressing according to claim 1, wherein the layer of activated charcoal does not contain a noble metallov.6. A wound dressing according to claim 1, wherein the layer with the activated carbon further comprises at least one therapeutic sredstvo.7. A wound dressing according to claim 1, wherein the layer of the first material and the second material layer each independently comprise a polymer material.8. A wound dressing according to claim 1, wherein the layer of the first material and the second material layer each independently comprise a nylon, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), ethylene methyl acrylate (EMA), polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl dichloride, polyurea, polyolefin, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyesters, polyethylene terephthalate, or a combination of these materialov.9. A wound dressing according to claim 1, wherein the layer of the first material and the second material layer independently comprise from about 5 perforations / c1.
