Apparatus for refractive laser surgery contains laser source for emission of focused operation laser beam, measuring device based on optic coherent interferometry for measuring distance from specified point or zone of eye which is subjected to impact, to support point, which is in known position with respect to point of operation laser beam focusing, and analysis and control unit. The latter is made with possibility of registration on the basis of data about measured distance, obtained from measuring device, coincidence of position of point of operation laser beam focusing with desirable position of zone of operation laser beam impact, located on eye surface or inside it, or deviation from said desired position. In case of deviation registration analysis and control unit outlets a message about necessity of adjustment onto display unit. Message contains information about direction and volume of required vertical adjustment of patient's position in case if distance by coordinate z, coinciding with direction of operation laser beam spread, between specified measuring point or zone of eye and position of desirable zone of impact is known.
