The present invention relates to a constant Yugwa delivery apparatus having an extended discharge rod, capable of preventing the delay of work by a bottleneck phenomenon, and hygienically packing the Yugwa by inserting a stand pouch into a discharge pipe because the discharge rod selected to correspond with the length of the stand pouch is installed on the lower part of a discharger.
