PURPOSE: A pig feed additive for increasing the weight of pigs using medical herb microcapsules, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to obtain the excellent weight increasing effect of the additive with the small amount. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a pig feed additive for increasing the weight of pigs comprises the following steps: mixing medical herb powder including glycyrrhizae radix, and nutrients in a weight ratio of 20-30:70-80； adding 10-30L of water per 1kg of mixture, and stirring the mixture for 35-60 seconds using a homogenizer for nano-capsulating； mixing the nano capsules with corn gluten feed in a weight ratio of 40-60:60-40； stirring the mixture for 10-15 minutes using a stirrer； and drying the mixture for 8-12 hours at 50-75 deg C using a drier. The medical herb powder includes 70-80wt% of epimedium koreanum, 15-25wt% of glycyrrhizae radix, and 1-10wt% of taraxacum platycarpum.본 발명은 한약재 미세캡슐을 이용한 증체목적용 돼지 사료첨가제 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 한약재의 약리 성분이 안정적으로 보존되면서 효과적인 체내 흡수가 가능하도록 하며 사료에서 분산효율이 향상되도록 하여 돼지의 체중 증가율을 개선한 사료첨가제 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
