PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for evaluating an autonomic nerve function of a subject, and a method for evaluation processing.SOLUTION: An autonomic nerve evaluation apparatus includes: an acquisition part that acquires an age of a subject as an evaluation object, an LF value as an index representing a function of the subject's sympathetic nerve, an HF value as an index representing a function of a parasympathetic nerve, and heartbeat data； a storage part that stores autonomic nerve activity amount distribution data representing distribution for each age of the subject on the basis of an amount of the autonomic nerve activities calculated on the basis of the LF value and HF value； an autonomic nerve balance calculation part that calculates an LF/HF value representing balance of the subject's autonomic nerve from the LF value and HF value of the subject； a deviation value calculation part that calculates a deviation value of the amount of the autonomic nerve activities of the subject using the autonomic nerve activity amount distribution data, and the amount of the autonomic nerve activities calculated on the basis of the subject's age, the LF value, HF value, and heartbeat data of the subject； and an evaluation part that evaluates a state of the subject's autonomic nerve on the basis of the subject's LF/HF value and the deviation value of the amount of the autonomic nerve activities in the subject, and outputs the evaluation result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
