This invention also provides compound of Formula (I) including pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound of Formula (I) and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. This invention also provides the use of such compounds and compositions in methods of treating diseases and conditions that are beneficially treated by administering pitolisant. Some exemplary embodiments include a method of treating a disease or condition selected from narcolepsy, daytime sleepiness (particularly in subjects suffering from Parkinson's disease or obstructive sleep apnea syndrome), and cognitive defects in psychiatric conditions, the method comprising the step of administering to a subject in need thereof a pharmaceutically acceptable composition of the present invention.Cette invention concerne un composé de formule (I) notamment des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant un composé de formule (I) et un excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable.
