摘要：: The invention refers to a combination comprising a sigma ligand of formula (I) and an opioid or opiate for use in the prevention and/or treatment of pain developed as a consequence of surgery, especially peripheral neuropathic pain, allodynia, causalgia, hyperalgesia, hyperesthesia, hyperpathia, neuralgia, neuritis or neuropathy.
