This invention discloses an ultrasound receiving and emitting processing system and a processing method thereof, which first generates a driving electric signal next, emitting at least one first ultrasound signal with a main frequency to a reflection position according to the electric signal an object at the position, such as local blood capillary in cerebrum will reflect the first ultrasound signal to form at least one second ultrasound signal then, extracting the signal to be analyzed having its frequency less than the main frequency from the second ultrasound signal, and stopping receiving other signals to convert the signal to be analyzed into at least one analog signal finally, employing the analog signal to extract the energy of a fixed bandwidth from the signal to be analyzed and stopping generating the driving electric signal while the energy is larger than a predetermined value.
