PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a use method of a liquid composition for an oral cavity which has high usability and convenience, and can improve cool feeling in the oral cavity after use even though being a simple method so that a user can effectively feel refresh feeling and cleanliness.SOLUTION: A use method of a liquid composition for an oral cavity uses a squeeze container comprising: a container body where the liquid composition for an oral cavity is filled in which an anionic surfactant, ethanol, and 80 mass% or more of water are contained, a mass ratio (anionic surfactant/ethanol) of the anionic surfactant to the ethanol is 0.02 or less, and viscosity at 25°C is 50 mPa s or less a container cap which is attached to a container mouth part of the container body and a nozzle cap in which a nozzle hole with a discharge opening at the tip is arranged. The use method of the liquid composition for an oral cavity comprises the steps of: manually pressing the container body while tilting the container body discharging the liquid composition for an oral cavity of average 5 mL or more and 25 mL or less per one pressing from the discharge opening directly to a central region of tongue in the oral cavity and then discharging the liquid composition for an oral cavity into outside of the oral cavity.
