The present invention relates to a cotton swab for human ear cleaning. According to the present invention, multiple projections are formed on both sides of a rod body so that degreasing cotton portions formed on both sides of the rod body are hardly separated to the outside. The degreasing cotton portion fixed to one side of the rod body is large and the degreasing cotton portion fixed to the other side of the rod body is small, and thus precise human ear cleaning is possible by means of the small degreasing cotton portion. According to the present invention for achieving the object described above, the multiple projections are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rod body inside the degreasing cotton portion, and thus the degreasing cotton portion is prevented from being easily separated from the rod body. As a result, during ear cleaning by means of the degreasing cotton portion, it is possible to prevent the rod body from being separated with the degreasing cotton portion remaining in the ear.
