PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic precision pulmonary function test device which can accurately measure trace amount component information and flow rates of four types of gasses.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic precision pulmonary function test device accurately measures the flow rate of inspiration/expiration of a subject by using an ultrasonic flow meter to which trace amount component information of gasses can be given, is constituted by a tube having an opening structure provided with a membrane filter capable of being used as a replaceable type in a propagation path of the ultrasonic wave on the inner side of a measurement pipe using such characteristics of the ultrasonic flow meter that no protrusion and narrow section are provided inside the measurement pipe, and prevents infection between subjects.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】4種ガスの微量成分情報と流量を精度よく測定できる超音波式精密肺機能検査装置を提供する。【解決手段】ガスの微量成分情報を付与する事が可能な超音波式流量計を用いて、被検者の吸気呼気の流量を精度よく測定し、超音波式流量計の特徴である測定管内部に突起物や狭窄部の無い事を利用して測定管の内側に、超音波の伝搬経路に交換式として使用することができるメンブレンフィルタを備えた開口構造を持つ管から構成され、被検者間の感染防止にもつながる。【選択図】図1
