PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a plaster exhibiting excellent use efficiency of a medicine and a manufacturing apparatus of the plaster.SOLUTION: A conveying mechanism 20 sends out a support 92 having already formed thereon a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer from a feeding roller 21 to convey the support along the horizontal direction. A substrate sheet is fed at a certain interval and pasted onto the upper surface of the conveyed support 92. A chemical reagent containing a medicine is fed to a coating unit 10 from a chemical reagent feeding part 30. The coating unit 10 has a coating head of a liquid droplet jetting-method built-in and forms the chemical reagent into a fine liquid droplet and sprays the liquid droplet over only a partial region of the substrate sheet. The coating head of the liquid droplet-jetting method readily permits coating of the chemical reagent only on the partial region of the substrate sheet to annihilate the chemical reagent wastefully removed thereby enhancing use efficiency of the chemical reagent. The coating head of the liquid droplet-jetting method also has excellent quantitative accuracy of the chemical reagent to be coated.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】薬剤の使用効率に優れた貼付剤の製造方法および貼付剤製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】搬送機構20は、粘着剤の層が既に形成された支持体92を送りローラ21から送り出して水平方向に沿って搬送する。搬送される支持体92の上面には一定間隔で基材シートが供給されて貼設される。塗布ユニット10には薬液送給部30から薬剤を含む薬液が送給される。塗布ユニット10は、液滴ジェット方式の塗布ヘッドを内蔵しており、薬液を微滴化して液滴を生成し、その液滴を基材シートの一部領域のみに吹き付ける。液滴ジェット方式の塗布ヘッドであれば、容易に基材シートの一部領域のみに薬液を塗布することができ、無駄に除去される薬剤を無くすことができ、薬剤の使用効率を向上させることができる。また、液滴ジェット方式の塗布ヘッドであれば、薬液塗布の定量精度にも優れている。【選択図】図1
