The present invention relates to a micro-bullet for drug delivery, which is a bullet containing a drug and is separated from a base by external force to be injected into the skin. The micro-bullet according to the present invention can be separated from the base, thus only a bullet can be inserted into the skin, allowing a desirable fixed amount of a drug to be injected without loss. In addition, the micro-bullet according to the present invention can allow the injection depth to be changed depending on the magnitude of force. While conventional transdermal delivery systems require long time to inject, the present invention can quickly deliver a desirable amount of a drug within a short time in few seconds into the skin. The micro-bullet according to the present invention can have a drug inserted thereinto, and can control the emission speed and amount of a drug depending the size of a bullet, the degeneration speed of a bullet, and the like. The micro-bullet according to the present invention is arranged so that a bullet is attached onto the base, and a bullet is separated as soon as being injected into the skin by external force, thereby 1) allowing hundreds or thousands of bullets to be delivered by one-time external force, and 2) thus delivering transdermal dose delivery for a few to tens of milligrams or more of a drug.
