PURPOSE: A biopsy needle having multiple micro cutting edges and an inner cannula manufacturing method of the same are provided to form a cutting edge having multiple micro edges in the front end of an inner cannula, thereby reducing the penetration power when the inner cannula penetrates through tissue. CONSTITUTION: An inner cannula (110) has a tissue sampling groove for tissue sampling. An outer cannula (120) moves on the outer circumference of the inner cannula to cut out tissue. The inner cannula comprises a body part (111), a first incline (112), second and third inclines (113,114), and multiple micro cutting edges. The first incline is formed to be sloped at a fixed angle in the front end of the body part.
