System and method for monitoring a patient is disclosed. The system and method provides a diagnosis of the patient based on a collective analysis of multiple sensor readings of the patient, environmental factor around the patient, and patients physical behavioral patterns. The system and method also considers interaction between the patient and an authorized personnel to reach to the diagnosis, where one or more processors works together in a networked system environment.
