A medically active plaster for dispensing active pharmaceutical substances that are liquid at room temperature onto the skin, in particular for dispensing the antiphlogistic substance etofenamat, wherein this plaster has a structure according to Figure 1, in which the top layer (a) comprises an inert material, the backing layer (c) comprises a self-adhesive polysiloxane, in which the antiphlogistic substance, preferably etofenamat, possibly together with an agent promoting permeation through the skin, and possibly further additional substances, is incorporated in the form of a dispersion, wherein the backing layer (c) adheres directly to the top layer (a), or possibly is joined to it by means of the intermediate layer (b)； and the peelable protective layer (d) comprises an inert material, adheres to the backing layer (c) and can be easily pulled off from the latter.본 발명은 실온에서 액체인 약학적 활성 화합물을 피부로 방출하기 위한, 특히 항염증성 활성 화합물인 에토페나메이트를 방출하기 위한 의학적으로 유효한 경고제에 관한 것으로, 상기 경고제는 도 1의 구조를 가지며, 최상층(a)은 무활성 물질을 포함하며, 후면층(c)에는 자기-접착성 폴리실록산, 항염증성 활성 화합물, 바람직하기로는 에토페나메이트를, 선택적으로 피부 통과를 촉진시키는 제제, 및 선택적으로 다른 첨가제와 함께 분산 형태로 포함하며, 후면층(c)은 상기 최상층(a)에 직접 접착되거나 또는 선택적으로 중간층(b)을 통해 최상층에 연결되어 있으며, 탈착가능한 보호층(d)은 무활성 물질을 포함하며, 후면층(c)에 접착되며, 후면층으로부터 쉽게 벗겨낼 수 있다.
