PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article for suppressing the deterioration in a wearing feeling by attaining fitting to the regions around legs and waist of a wearer.SOLUTION: The absorbent article 1 includes: a chassis body 31 and a pair of side panels 41 which are respectively joined with the both side end parts 31A, 31B of the chassis body in the width direction and arranged between a front body area and a rear body area. Openings 5 around the legs to be arranged around the legs of the wearer and an opening 6 around the waist to be arranged around the waist of the wearer are formed by the chassis body and the side panels.
