The compositions of the invention can comprise resveratrol and one or more agents that increase the bioavailability, efficacy and/or bioactivity of the resveratrol. Compositions of the invention find use in the treatment of a variety of conditions, including skin conditions and preventative health maintenance. Methods of making the inventive compositions are also contemplated.
