In the present invention, a vector containing a mt-Keima gene is transformed into a drosophila to produce a drosophila model that is introduced with a mitochondrial gene and each tissue of the drosophila is confirmed with expression of mt-Keima. By constructing a mitophagy regulated gene screening system using mitochondrial expressing drosophila, the present invention may be useful as a method for screening for mitocphagy regulatory genes for identifying mitochondrial promoting and suppressing genes using the mitochondrial transformed drosophila, thereby capable of screening an active mitophagy regulator gene.본 발명은 미토케이마(mt-Keima) 유전자를 포함하는 벡터를 초파리에 형질전환시켜 미토케이마 유전자가 도입된 초파리 모델을 제작하여 초파리 각각의 조직에서 미토케이마가 발현됨을 확인하고, 미토케이마 발현 초파리를 이용해 미토파지 조절유전자 스크리닝 시스템을 구축함으로써, 상기 미토케이마 유전자 형질전환 초파리를 이용해 미토파지 증진 및 억제 유전자들을 발굴하는 미토파지 조절 유전자 스크리닝 방법으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
