PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly durable bubble generating device, which can be manufactured at a low cost, which can be simply executed and which enables formation of bubbles of various diameters and controlling of the diameters of the bubbles.SOLUTION: A bubble generating device is constituted of an integrally molded structure 1 comprising: a liquid passage 3 for causing liquid to flow from one end side to the other end side a gas passage 4 merging into the midway of the liquid passage 3 for introducing gas into the liquid passage a cavity 2 communicating with the other end side of the liquid passage 3 and a main discharge passage 5 and an auxiliary discharge passage 6 communicating with the cavity 2 for discharging liquid and gas to the outside.
