The first blower chamber (7.1) equipped with a rotating blade device (16) and an ejection blade device (7) is connected to the outlet port (21) of the container. (2). The second chamber (7.2) has a wind wheel device (17) rotated. The second chamber (7.2) is connected to the blower outlet (24) and openings (22) to the first chamber (7.1). Dispositif pour mélanger et distribuer des produits en vrac, notamment des produits d'ensilage à fibres courtes et longues comprenant un réceptacle (2) pour recevoir des produits en vrac, de préférence un élément de transfert et de mélange (6) mis en rotation ainsi qu'au moins un orifice de sortie (21), * cet orifice de sortie (21) étant combiné à une machine soufflante (7), de préférence installé en position inclinée par rapport à la paroi (2.1) inclinée du réceptacle (2) et ayant, de préférence, un élément éjecteur (8). Dispositif dont la machine soufflante (7) comporte deux chambres (7.1, 7.2) reliées par des ouvertures (22). La première chambre de soufflante (7.1) équipée d'un dispositif d'aubes (16), mis en rotation et d'un dispositif d'aubes d'éjection (7) est reliée à l'orifice de sortie (21) du réceptacle (2). La seconde chambre (7.2) comporte un dispositif de roue à vent (17) mis en rotation. La seconde chambre (7.2) est reliée à la sortie de soufflante (24) et par des ouvertures (22) à la première chambre (7.1).
