The present invention relates to pig feed using an expander, and more specifically, to pig feed using an expander to improve the usage of low-priced materials, pig feed preference, and meat quality by expanding different raw materials with high temperature and pressure when producing the pig feed and then mixing them in order to reduce the process and enhance production efficiency as well as digestion rate. The pig feed using an expander of the present invention includes 33-35 wt% of soybean cake； 3-4 wt% of repeseed meal； 25-27 wt% of palm kernel expeller； 3-4 wt% of distillers dried grains； 23-25 wt% of coconut meal； and 5-6 wt% of limestone on the basis of 100 wt% of corn and features that the corn, soybean cake, repeseed meal, palm kernel expeller, distillers dried grains, and coconut meal are ground in 2-4 mm, and supplied to the expander for single expansion at the temperature of 160-180 deg. C and pressure of 3.5-6 kg/m^2 for 2-4 seconds and then mixed to achieve the digestion rate of 80-95%.본 발명은 익스펜더를 이용한 양돈사료에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 양돈사료 제조 시 각각의 원료들을 고온, 고압으로 익스펜더 과정을 1회 수행한 후 혼합함으로써, 공정을 단축시켜 생산효율성 증대는 물론 소화율을 현저히 개선시켜 저가 원료의 사용량 증대 및 양돈의 사료 기호도와 육질을 향상시킬 수 있는 익스펜더를 이용한 양돈사료에 관한 것이다. 본 발명인 익스펜더를 이용한 양돈사료는 옥수수 100 중량부에 대하여, 대두박 33~35 중량부, 채종박 3~4 중량부, 팜박 25~27 중량부, 주정박 3~4 중량부, 야자박 23~25 중량부, 석회석 5~6 중량부를 포함하되, 상기 옥수수, 대두박, 채종박, 팜박, 주정박, 야자박은 각각 2~4㎜로 분쇄된 후, 익스펜더에 투입되어 온도 160~180 ℃에서 압력 3.5~5 ㎏/㎡로 2~4초동안 1회 팽창가공된 다음 혼합되어 소화율이 80~95%인 것을 특징으로 한다.
