The present invention relates to an orthodontic apparatus, which comprises: a handpiece part including an ultrasonic vibrator for generating ultrasonic vibration and a head part detachably provided on one end of the handpiece part, wherein the head part comprises: a through hole formed at one end of the head part a wire mounting part including a wire receiving part having one end inserted into the through hole and the other end on which an orthodontic wire is mounted and a buffer member disposed between the wire mounting part and the ultrasonic vibrator to buffer the ultrasonic vibrations transmitted to the handpiece part.
