The collar (32) is repositionable between a first position and a second position with the second position being closer to the proximal end (24) of the housing (20) than the first position. Each of the plurality of deformable members (34) defines a distal portion (36), is coupled to the collar (32) and is transitionable through one of the plurality of lumens (22). The plurality of deformable members (34) is in a retracted state when the collar (32) is in the first position and a deployed state when the collar (32) is in the second position. One or more of the plurality of deformable members (134) may also include a barb (138) attached to the distal portion (136).
