The present invention relates to a nonspecific immune booster composition, a manufacturing method thereof, and a use thereof. The composition of the present invention, based on 100 parts by weight of potassium carbonate, is composed of: 150 to 300 parts by weight of sodium silicate 2 to 8 parts by weight of sodium thiosulfate 2 to 8 parts by weight of sodium chloride 0.5 to 2 parts by weight of sodium carbonate 0.5 to 2 parts by weight of potassium chloride 200 to 400 parts by weight of refined sugar and 300 to 400 parts by weight of water. The nonspecific immune booster composition as described above of the present invention may effectively defend a death rate about AIV H5N1, highly pathogenic avian influenza, improve a survival rate. When the composition is added and used in mixed feed for farm-raised fish, such as flatfish, shrimp, and etc., a group death rate of fish may be reduced so that the productivity may be improved due to the excellent nonspecific immune booster and the effect of resistance to diseases. Particularly, when the composition is applied to defend highly pathogenic malignant virus diseases and to improve the resistance to diseases for the farm-raised fish, the composition may be capable of defending against diseases and effectively prevent infection due to the immune booster effect as being the nonspecific immune booster composition. In addition, the composition has an excellent bactericidal effect against gram positive bacteria and gram negative bacteria, such as S. aureus(MRSA), E. coli, S. typhimurium, Streptococcus iniae, and Vibrio harveyi, which are multidrug resistant bacteria.
