The strainer device includes: a cover body (26) that is in a vertical orientation, has an inner surface that is circular in cross section, surrounds a strainer vessel (3) at an appropriate distance and is supported so as to be rotatable about a central axis thereof a scraping member (22) that is disposed at a predetermined position along the inner surface of the cover body and scrapes a filtered object adhering to the inner surface when the cover body is rotating and a rotationally driving mechanism that makes the strainer vessel and the cover body rotate, and, when the strainer vessel is rotating, the filtered object pushed out of the filtering hole (3d) and adhering to the inner surface of the cylindrical cover body is scraped off to the predetermined position on a circumference along the inner surface.
