PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet type cosmetic featuring in that the cosmetic gives a warm feeling to a skin when heated to 35 to 45°C and is excellent in sustaining the warm feeling, a folded nonwoven fabric is used and is easily spread for use, a cosmetic material does not drop from the nonwoven fabric, and the cosmetic has a high moisturizing effect and keeps good conditions of a skin.SOLUTION: The sheet type cosmetic comprises a nonwoven fabric having a weight of 50 to 100 g per 1 m2 impregnated with a cosmetic liquid, which includes (A) at least one synthetic polymeric compound selected from a carboxyvinyl polymer and an alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer, (B) 15 to 40 mass% of a polyhydric alcohol, and (C) at least one compound selected from capsicum tincture, iodized garlic essence, nicotinic acid, nicotinic acid amide, benzyl nicotinate, and nonylic acid vanillylamide, and which has a viscosity of 500 to 4,000 mPa s at 40°C.
