A contracture-correcting tool (1) has cushions (2) and (21) each formed from an elastic body having a three-dimensional structure on the inside of which are formed intercommunicating spaces that open at the surface, and a covering member (3) that covers the cushions (2) and (21). Thus, the tool can be easily gripped while guaranteeing an air-flow space in the palm such that the palm will not become damp. The cushion (2) can be a three-dimensional network wherein multiple filaments made from an elastic resin are irregularly entwined and partially fused to form a single unit. Moreover, the tool can also have finger insert members (5) for inserting the fingers and separation members (7) for preventing adjacent fingers other than the thumb from touching one another when the contracture-correcting tool (1) is gripped.
