A watering device including a main body including an inlet; an intermediate member sealingly engaged with main body and including a base portion which includes channels extending between the periphery of the base portion to an inlet of a central bore; a top cap member sealingly engaged with the intermediate member and in fluid communication with an outlet of the central bore and including watering outlets; and a diaphragm covering said base portion and arranged to interact with the inflowing water of said main body to divert water to flow through the channels to the central bore and in combination with the channels to function as a pressure compensator to maintain the flow rate of the watering device.
