The present invention relates to a walking aid worn on a knee to stabilize and adjust a knee joint, which needs an aid. The walking aid includes: an upper support which covers and supports a femoral region and allows a first joining part to be extended downward from a right end portion and a left end portion thereof； a lower support which covers and supports a calf, allows a second joining part to be extended from a left end portion and a right end portion thereof, and is joined with the first joining part by a hinge； and an auxiliary leg of which one end portion is fixated on a rear side of the lower support and the other end portion is extended downward and is supported by the ground.본 발명은 보조기구의 사용이 요구되는 무릎관절의 안정화 및 조정을 위해 무릎부위에 착용되는 보행 보조기에 관한 것으로, 대퇴부를 감싸서 지지하며, 좌우 양단에서 제1 결합부가 하향 연장 형성되는 상부지지대； 종아리부를 감싸서 지지하며, 좌우 양단에서 제2 결합부가 상향 연장 형성되어 제1 결합부와 힌지결합하는 하부지지대； 및 하부지지대의 후방에 일단이 고정되고, 타단이 하향 연장되어 지면에 지지되는 보조다리를 포함한다.
