The invention relates to medical equipment, in particular, to devices for evacuating injured people from accident sites or accidents, in particular to sanitary stretchers for transporting sick, wounded and injured people with traumatic fractures. The technical result of the proposed solution is to simplify the design and simplify the process of managing the transformation of the stretcher. The stretcher consists of separate sections, 1, 2, 3, 4, which, when unfolded, form a single plane-lounger (Fig. 1, 3), or a complex configuration, for example, a chair with a different tilt of the back (Fig. 2, 4). Each section (Fig. 3, 4) is provided with two longitudinal parallel hollow tubes 5, 6, inside of which movable rods 7, 8 are placed with the possibility of rotation. Each rod 7, 8 has a cylindrical shape. At one end of each rod two parts are fixed with a gap relative to each other in the form of a spherical segment 9 with axial holes, and at the other end an element is fixed in the form of a spherical layer 10 with a hole with the possibility of placing it in the gap between the ball segments 9 of the adjacent rod. The elements 9 and 10 are interconnected by the axes 11 of the swivel 12 of the pipes 5, 6. Thus, the hinges 12 form a chain of connections between the rods 7, 8 and the stretcher sections 1-4. The free ends of the extreme rods are made in the form of handles. Rotate the rods by means of the handles 13, 14 (Fig. 1-6). All parts of the stretcher are made of plastic. Along the perimeter of the stretcher provided with through holes 15 (Fig. 1, 2), which allows the stretcher to be held in any position and different number of people.
