PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad crossing device for a railway model allowing high-level and real railroad crossing play by bringing a closing time of a crossing gate more close to a closing time of a crossing gate of a genuine railroad while securing a travel speed of a train, or the flexibility of sensor arrangement or the like.SOLUTION: A railroad crossing device for a railway model includes: a time detection part 31 detecting time information related to a travel speed of a train; a drive part 33 opening/closing-driving a crossing gate 21; and an opening/closing control part 32 controlling the opening/closing drive of the crossing gate 21 by the drive part 33. The opening/closing control part 32 sets at least a closing time taken until closing is completed after the crossing gate starts the closing based on a detection result of the time detection part 31, and closes the crossing gate in the closing time.
