The present invention relates to a fallen-leaf stacking-type bone inducing regeneration membrane and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the fallen-leaf stacking-type bone inducing regeneration membrane has a membrane layer with a small average pore size on an upper layer portion and has fallen-leaf stacking-type structures on the inside and a lower layer portion. According to the present invention, the bone inducing regeneration membrane having a fallen-leaf stacking-type structure can be manufactured by a simple method and to be harmless to humans since toxic organic compound is not used for the manufacture thereof. In addition, according to the present invention, the fallen-leaf stacking-type bone inducing regeneration membrane is capable of sustained release of physiological activation factors with only the fallen-leaf stacking-type structure without using any additive and a surface modification method and thus is very effective for bone regeneration.본 발명은 상층부에는 평균 기공크기가 작은 막 층을 가지고 있고, 내부 및 하층부는 낙엽적층형의 구조를 지닌 낙엽적층형 골유도재생막과 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 독성 유기물질을 사용하지 않아 인체에 무해하고, 간단한 방법으로 낙엽적층형의 구조를 지닌 골유도재생막을 제조할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명에 따르면 낙엽적층형 골유도재생막은 어떠한 첨가제 및 표면개질법을 사용하지 않고도 낙엽적층형의 구조만으로 생리활성인자의 서방형 방출이 가능하기 때문에 골재생에 매우 효과적이다.
