The present invention is to provide a puncture instrument which has a simple configuration and which, when a pilot hole is formed in a vertebral pedicle, can accurately control the insertion position and direction of the puncture instrument into the vertebral pedicle. The puncture instrument is configured by including a puncture needle 2 for forming the pilot hole, and a reference bar 3 that is provided at the puncture needle to have a predetermined angle with respect to the puncture needle 2 and serves as a reference for guiding the puncture needle 2 to a desired position at a desired angle. With the present invention, the puncture needle 2 is guided by the reference bar 3 to a desired position at a desired angle, and hence the puncture needle can be controlled by a simple configuration as compared with the case where a guiding device is separately provided.본 발명은 척추의 추궁근에 하공을 형성할 때에 추궁근에 대한 자입 위치 및 방향을 정확하게 제어할 수 있는 간단한 구조의 천자 기구이다. 그 구성은 하공을 형성하기 위한 천자침(2)과 상기 전자침으로부터 소정의 각도를 갖고 설치되어 천자침(2)을 소망 위치에 소망의 각도로 인도하기 위한 기준이 되는 기준 바(3)를 구비하고 있다. 본 발명에서는 기준 바(3)에 의해 천자침(2)을 소망 위치에 소망의 각도로 인도하므로 천자 기구에 별도로 가이드 장치를 설치하는 경우에 비해 간단한 구성으로 천자침을 제어할 수 있다.
