The present invention further relates to a container holder (15) adapted to receive a container (20) said container holder (15) having a heat exchange surface being in tight contact with the container (20) and comprising channels (45) allowing a cooling agent to run along the heat exchange surface. The present invention additionally relates to a device (1) for preparing a frozen confection.
