The present invention is an improvement of existing contrast agents, particularly T1 contrast agents, and adopts a strategy of partially coating a T1 contrast material on the surface of a support exposed to the surface of a hydrophilic functional group. The partial coating strategy employed in the present invention improves both the stability and contrast of the T1 contrast agent nanoparticles, which is a very interesting technological advance.본 발명은 기존의 조영제 특히 T1 조영제를 개선한 것으로서, T1 조영물질을 친수성 작용기가 표면에 노출된 지지체 표면에 부분적으로 코팅하는 전략을 채택하고 있다. 본 발명에서 채택한 부분적 코팅 전략에 의해 T1 조영제 나노입자의 안정성 및 조영능을 모두 개선하며, 이는 매우 흥미로운 기술적 발전이다.
