PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a pneumatic medical treatment of proper strength to a hand of a person to be treated by a simple configuration in a hand massage device.SOLUTION: A hand massage device 1 includes an air bag unit 10, an air pump 30, a solenoid valve unit 40, an air hose 50 for supplying air having first and second relay parts 54 and 55, and an exhaust mechanism 60 connected to the second relay part 55.
