An intravascular graft system for deployment in a bifurcated artery includes a main tubular graft body that can be deployed within the main artery, including the proximal end and the opposite distal end. The proximal and distal ends have a tubular graft wall in between. The plurality of inflatable channels are arranged along the main tubular graft body and at least one stent segment is arranged along the tubular graft wall of the main tubular graft body. The plurality of inflatable channels are configured to be inflatable with an inflatable medium. At least one stent segment is located between two or three or more adjacent inflatable channels of the plurality of inflatable channels.
