The high floor pen automation system comprises: a sensor unit for measuring pen environment information including temperature and wind pressure an integrated control unit for generating and transmitting a pen control command according to the pen environment information collected from the sensor unit a cooling device operating according to a cooling command of the integrated control unit a heating device operating according to a heating command an external shade facility for opening and closing according to the cooling or heating command a manure processing device including at least one water spraying device, at least one scrapper and at least one swash plate which operate according to a predetermined time and an automatic feed supply device automatically operating according to a predetermined time, wherein the manure processing device operates the water spraying device when manure fallen to the bottom of a high floor pen is collected on the at least one swash plate, such that the manure is gathered in the at least one scrapper along the at least one swash plate.
