Microscrew for dental temporaries characterized in that it comprises: - A drill attachment (1) for attachment to the jaw and has a threaded exterior (2) designed so that initially facilitates insertion into the bone maxilla and subsequently better adhesion to bone, internally provided with means for coupling a piece of external head (9) that allow the transmission of forces, in addition to fastening a fixing screw (17). - One piece of external head (9) which has at its upper end with means for force transmission with a torque wrench while inferiorly has a geometry and design such that facilitates adhesion of the corresponding prosthesis. Inferiorly it has such a geometry that contributes to the transmission of forces to the drill attachment. Internally it has such a geometry that allows the passage of a fixing screw. - A screw (17) having an essentially cylindrical shape provided with means to be tightened by a torque wrench (21) while its lower part means for fastening on the drill sleeve (1).
